We realise everyones skin is different. Therefore we strongly suggest patch testing inside your wrist for a minimum of 2-3 days prior to full use, particularly if your skin has a history of sensitivity or allergic reactions. Need Alchemy cannot be held responsible if skin reactions do occur and cannot guarantee that this will not happen.

Our refund policy is valid for strictly 30 days. After 30 days, we are unable to refund your purchase. We require a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving item, to complete your return.

Only items from Need Alchemy website can be returned to us. Any other items must be returned to original point of purchase. Eligibility for return, requires the product to be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

For return and exchange items, cost of postage associated with return and delivery (if applicable) are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Upon arrival, if any items are broken or damaged, we need to be notified via email to needalchemy@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a photo of said items showing damage.

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed in the form of a voucher and will be emailed to you for use within 3 months.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
